RKF arranged the acquisition of this 3,800-square-foot retail condominium for $20.5 million on behalf of an institutional investor. The team was then retained to lease the retail space, securing Starbucks, Hippotots and Pets on Lex. With the retail space fully leased, RKF was subsequently hired to sell the asset achieving a sale price of $25.2 million.
