RKF assisted clothing retailer J.Crew in the leasing of two new concept stores in Manhattan. RKF secured 3,100 square feet at 1035 Madison Avenue for the brand’s classic styles concept J.Crew Collection. At 486 Broadway in SoHo, RKF negotiated a 6,142-square-foot flagship for Madewell, a new women’s only, item-driven line of casual merchandise.
