RKF has worked with the developer of this mixed-use/residential development in Lower Manhattan since the pre-planning stages. RKF developed a merchandising plan for 170,000 square feet of retail space at the base of the building and has successfully leased the majority of the space to lifestyle retailers Whole Foods Market, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond and Bank of America.
