RKF served as consultant and leasing agent responsible for the merchandising and leasing of the 65,745 square feet of retail space at the base of this high-rise, luxury residential development. Bed Bath & Beyond was secured as the anchor tenant, leasing 53,000 square feet. The remaining space was leased to residential real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens, bakery/café Le Pain Quotidien and apparel retailers lululemon athletica and Brooks Brothers.
