RKF targeted flagship quality financial institutions and retailers for 14,000 square feet of retail space in Midtown. A long-term 7,000-square-foot lease commitment was secured with Wachovia Bank, for its first Midtown flagship branch. The balance of the space was leased to Asahiya Books and Motherswork/Mimi Maternity occupying 4,000 square feet and 3,000 square feet, respectively.
