RKF has served as the Retail Leasing and Merchandising Consultant for Grand Central Terminal, consisting of 141,000 square feet of restaurant, food and specialty retail space. In addition to devising new retail merchandising programs and leasing the retail space, RKF was responsible for overseeing the marketing and leasing of seasonal fairs and markets taking place in Vanderbilt Hall.
