RKF has been retained as the retailer’s real estate advisor and representative in multiple markets throughout the country. RKF is working with H&M to identify new markets for expansion, as well as opportunities for multiple locations in key neighborhoods. Six new locations have been secured throughout California, including a soon-to-open 17,000-square-foot, two-level flagship on the Third Street Promenade. Two new Las Vegas stores have also opened, one on the Strip in the Miracle Mile Shops and the other at Town Square.
