As the exclusive retail real estate advisor for Solstice Sunglass Boutique, RKF has been assisting the retailer with the execution of its strategic national roll-out over the past five years. Last year, over 40 new locations were opened on urban and suburban streets and in mixed-use developments including stores at The Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids, Mi; Pier Park in Panama City, FL; West County Mall in Des Peres, MS; and at Summit Sierra in Reno, NV.
During its tenure, RKF has negotiated leases for more than 150 stores and Solstice has plans to continue its strategic expansion with RKF’s assistance.
