RKF repositioned and marketed 25,000 square feet of retail space at the base of this Class A building. An 18,000-square-foot lease was completed with Nobu, for its first Midtown location. Z-Chemist, a new concept from famed Upper East Side Zitomer Pharmacy & Department Store, leased 12,000 square feet.
