Challenged with the leasing of 30,000 square feet of retail space in an underserved retail market, RKF educated prospective retailers and the brokerage community on the location’s value ultimately securing national furnishing retailers, Ethan Allen and Domain, leasing 20,000 square feet and 10,000 square feet, respectively.
In recognition of RKF’s creativity in the Ethan Allen transaction, RKF was awarded The Real Estate Board of New York's 2001 Retail Deal of the Year award.
