International dental company to take 1,809 square feet

RKF Managing Director Sal Ferrigno and Associate Kenneth Shiers exclusively represented the building’s owner, The Olnick Organization. New York Space represented the tenant in the transaction.
Located on Second Avenue between 57th and 58th Street, the retail space is located in the Excelsior and situated in the Turtle Bay section of Manhattan. Neighboring tenants are Pianeta Legno, European Concepts and Perfect Spa.
