RKF represents tenant and landlord in 3,500-square-foot transaction
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting and advisory services, has completed a lease for Levi's, at 25 West 14th Street. Levi's will occupy 3,500 square feet on the ground floor in this growing area of the Union Square trade area.
Robert K. Futterman, chairman and CEO and Ariel Schuster, managing director of RKF represented Levi's and the building's owner, Vornado Realty Trust in this transaction. Wade L. McDevitt, president of The McDevitt Company joined RKF in representing Levi's.
RKF is still marketing 3,111 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of the property, which is adjacent to Levi's new home.
25 West 14th Street is also home to the Guitar Center and is in close proximity to the area's anchor retailer, Urban Outfitters.
"Levi's was drawn to the terrific co-tenancy on the block and the traffic generated by Urban Outfitters and the Guitar Center," noted Schuster.
Levi's anticipates opening its newest location during the 2006 Holiday season.
