Closing the door on 16 years with Garrick-Aug Associates (most recently director for that firm), Robert K. Futterman left to form his own Manhattan-based company—Robert K. Futterman & Associates LLC—specializing in investment sales and retail leasing. Over the years, Mr. Futterman's developer clients have included the likes of The Trump Organization, The Related Cos., Vornado Realty Trust, Forest City Ratner, etc.
