Retailer leases 30,690 square feet in national expansion plan
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. The new locations total 30,690 square feet.
RKF Senior Vice President Karen Bellantoni, Managing Director Robert Draizen and Associate Brian Nitzberg represented the tenant exclusively in all of the transactions.

Solstice currently operates 67 stores throughout the United States. Of the 31 new locations, some have already opened while others are expected to open throughout 2006. The retailer typically leases 1,000-square-foot locations.
