RKF Completes Lease at 112 Hudson Street

RKF represents Robert De Niro in 2,500-square-foot transaction

NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting and advisory services, has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at 112 Hudson Street to designer Rachel Roy for a high-end fashion boutique. The property is part of Robert De Niro’s redevelopment project for the Tribeca area of downtown New York.

The space is also home to Tribeca Med Spa, and is in close proximity to fashionable eateries Mr. Chow and Nobu.

Mark Kapnick, RKF’s senior director of real estate represented Mr. De Niro in this transaction. Kapnick along with Raphael De Niro of Prudential Douglas Elliman also represented the tenant. “The trendy area of Tribeca is an ideal location for this up-and-coming designer’s first retail location,” noted Kapnick.

Roy’s collection can be seen at Bergdorf Goodman and Henri Bendel as well as many other fine fashion retailers across the country.
