Retailer leases 2,000 square feet at 1789 First Avenue
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services leased 2,000 square feet to Hollywood Tans at 1789 First Avenue.
RKF Managing Director Sal Ferrigno, Director Richard Gelber and Associate Ken Shiers represented Hollywood Tans and the space’s owner, 340 East 93rd Street Corporation.
Hollywood Tans, the nation’s largest chain of professional indoor tanning salons, will open its doors in January 2007. The new space is located on the west block of First Avenue, between 92nd and 93rd Streets in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
“This is a perfect location for Hollywood Tans, which will benefit from the neighborhood’s strong residential population and pedestrian traffic,” said Ferrigno.
Hollywood Tans currently has four locations in New York City.
