NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services has announced the promotions of Ariel Schuster to senior managing director and Diana Chace to senior director.
Mr. Schuster, who previously was a managing director, has six years experience in landlord and tenant representation. Among his recent accomplishments, Mr. Schuster represented Edward J. Minskoff in securing flagship locations for Whole Foods Market, Barnes & Noble and Bed Bath & Beyond at Minskoff’s 101 Warren Street in Tribeca. He also was responsible for securing numerous tenants for The Winter Organization, most recently completing a lease with H&M at Winter’s 111 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District. His tenant representation work includes representing Cold Water Creek, Dean & Deluca, Cole Haan, Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Gamestop and Jennifer Convertibles. Mr. Schuster is also the exclusive national broker for Carlos Miele, a South American fashion designer.
Mr. Schuster graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University, earning a Bachelor of Science. He also earned a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Mr. Schuster is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York.
Ms. Chace, previously a director with the firm, has eight years experience in retail leasing, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Since joining RKF in 2004, she has increased the company’s presence in Westchester County and Connecticut. Her landlord representation work includes securing new leases in Greenwich, CT with Greenwich Running Company and Sephora at 2 Greenwich Avenue and 75 Greenwich Avenue, respectively. She is currently marketing the retail space at Armonk Square, a 30,000 square foot mixed-use project set in a town square environment in Armonk, New York. Ms. Chace’s work on behalf of tenants includes securing new leases for Procelanosa at 1063 Putnam Avenue and Design Within Reach at 86 Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich.
Prior to joining RKF in 2004, Ms. Chace served as retail director for Street Works, LLC, where she was responsible for development and consulting projects. She was also manager of real estate administration for Katz & Associates Corp. and Melville Corp.
Ms. Chace graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Purchase. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
