The building has 1,800 square feet of retail space available on Grand Street that RKF is currently marketing.
Neighboring retailers include Yohji Yamamoto, Ted Baker, IF Boutique, Scoop and Vivienne Tam. CB2 and Muji are slated to open retail locations on Broadway.
Bose’s other retail location in Manhattan is at Time Warner Center.
