Firm arranges 400-square-foot lease for upscale children’s boutique on the Upper East Side
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services has arranged a 400-square-foot lease for upscale children’s apparel and accessories retailer Hippototamus at 1163 Madison Avenue.
RKF Associate Stefany DiManno represented Hippototamus. Building ownership, Duell, was represented in-house.
Located on the east side of Madison Avenue between 85th and 86th Streets, Hippototamus, the high-end children’s boutique, will occupy 400 square feet of retail space at the base of the two-story building. Neighboring tenants include Chuckies, Centolire Restaurant, Coach, Body Shop, Dean & Luca, Montmarte and Chase Bank.
This is the retailer’s second Manhattan location, which opened on July 5. Hippototamus’ other store is located at 451 Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side.
