Restaurant to open on the Strip’s new It Spot
Las Vegas, NV — Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services has arranged a 9,200-square-foot lease for chic, modern Chinese restaurant Philippe to offer guests and visitors a modern twist to Asian and traditional Chinese cuisine that will stimulate even the most discriminating palate, at the highly anticipated Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino.
RKF Associate Spencer Levy represented the restaurateur Philippe Chow. RKF Executive Vice President Frank Volk represented ownership 3700 Associates, LLC, and is the exclusive leasing agent for The Cosmopolitan.
When The Cosmopolitan debuts Philippe Las Vegas will feature an expansive dining terrace overlooking the action on The Strip. It will also showcase the delicacies of noodle specialist Wai Ming Cheng in a modern noodle bar on the casino floor.
This will be the restaurant’s fifth location. Philippe’s flagship in Manhattan is on the corner of Madison Avenue and 60th Street. Other locations include Mexico City, Miami (November 2007) and Chicago (2008).
The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino is a $3 billion multi-use resort and casino that will premiere at the heart of Las Vegas’s famed Strip. The Cosmopolitan will offer a total of 265,000 square feet of retail space, a 2,998 hotel, condo-hotel and suite accommodations managed by the Grand Hyatt and an 80,000-square-foot casino. Featured in a sophisticated tri-level glass façade, designed by world-class architects, consumers will have direct shopping and dining access from Las Vegas Boulevard.
