Jonathan Krieger Promoted to Senior Director of Robert K. Futterman

NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services has announced the promotion of Jonathan Krieger to senior director.
Mr. Krieger, who previously was a director, has seven years experience in retail real estate. Over the past two years he has been responsible for arranging transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $59 million.
Among his recent accomplishments, Mr. Krieger arranged a 3,200-square-foot retail lease for men’s fashion retailer Cut & Sew, a division of Marc Ecko Enterprises, at 147 Eighth Avenue where he represented building ownership, Lakovos, Inc as well. He also arranged a 3,300-square-foot lease for upscale men’s fashion retailer John Varvatos on behalf of 313-315 Bowery’s ownership. Mr. Krieger has worked for prominent property owners including Broad Street Development, The Jack Parker Organization, The Chetrit Group, Sanders Investments, Empire Management and the Cornerstone Property Group. His current leasing assignments include 216 Eighth Avenue, 149 Eighth Avenue, 1375 Broadway, 230 Varick and 370 Lexington Avenue.
Prior to joining RKF he was with Winoker Realty Company.
Mr. Krieger graduated from American University, with a bachelors of science. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York.
