RKF Secures 800-square-foot Lease for Le Labo at 8385 West Third Street

Retailer opens first West Coast location in West Hollywood, CA
LOS ANGELES, CA — Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, and consulting services secured an 800-square-foot lease for perfume retailer Le Labo at 8385 West Third Street in the West Hollywood section of Los Angeles.
RKF Executive Vice President Robert Cohen, who oversees the firm's Los Angeles office and New York City-based Associate David Aaron represented the tenant. Jay Luchs of CBRE represented the landlord Heller Properties. This will be the retailer’s first West Coast location, and is slated to open by year’s end.
RKF serves as Le Labo’s exclusive retail leasing representative and is working with the retailer to develop and execute a strategic growth plan for their national expansion.
8385 West Third Street is located on the corner of Orlando Avenue in West Hollywood, an up-and-coming trade area that combines the best of traditional and alternative fashion. Area retailers include Trina Turk, Polkadots and Moonbeams, Douglas Fir, Rodin vs. Griffith, Toast, Cynthia’s and Joan’s on Third.
Le Labo, a high-end perfume manufacturer and retailer, has a New York City flagship store at 233 Elizabeth Street in SoHo. Other locations include Tokyo, and in-store boutiques in Barney's in New York and San Francisco, Liberty in London and Colette in Paris.
