LensCrafters and Arthritis Foundation Thrift Shop to Relocate on the Upper East Side
NEW YORK — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services has completed its leasing assignment at 1430 Third Avenue by leasing 1,500 square feet to LensCrafters and 2,800 square feet to the Arthritis Foundation Thrift Shop. Both retailers are relocating from their current locations.
RKF Senior Vice President Ariel Schuster and Managing Director Jonathan Krieger represented building ownership, Noam Management. LensCrafters was represented by Frank Dimucci of Dimucci Partners and the Arthritis Foundation Thrift Shop was represented by Stuart Ellman of Judson Realty.

1430 Third Avenue is situated on a prominent corner on the Upper East Side.
