Retailer leases 4,200 square feet on Upper East Side
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services has arranged a 4,200-square-foot lease on behalf of Free People at 1319 Third Avenue.
RKF Chairman & CEO Robert K. Futterman and Senior Director Beth Rosen, represented Free People with The McDevitt Company’s Wade McDevitt and Lorraine Adney. The landlord was represented by Ben Fox and Cosmo Montemurro of Winick Realty.
Free People will occupy a prime location on Third Avenue between 75th and 76th Streets, surrounded by strong co-tenancies from neighboring destination retailers such as Precision, BCBG, Big Drop, Fresh and Scoop.
This will be Free People’s second Manhattan store, following the successful debut of its flagship (and first) Manhattan location on Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District.
