RKF secures 3,300 square feet for watch retailer at 510 Madison Avenue
NEW YORK, NY — Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation’s leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services has announced that America’s largest luxury watch retailer Tourneau will open a 3,300-square-foot flagship store at Macklowe Properties’ 510 Madison Avenue in early 2009, relocating from its existing flagship store at 12 East 57th Street.
RKF Chairman & CEO Robert K. Futterman and Marshall Felenstein of Felenstein, Was & Associates represented Tourneau in this transaction. Building ownership was represented in-house by Macklowe’s Jason Grebin and Andrew Lazarus.
The new Tourneau flagship store at the southwest corner of Madison and 53rd Street will feature 25-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling “vision glass” as well as a dedicated Rolex boutique.
“We were able to secure for Tourneau a fabulous opportunity in the most dynamic new project in the Plaza District,” said Mr. Futterman. “The space’s visibility and expanded footprint will enable Tourneau to showcase their products in a whole new way.”
